Season 24 Preseason Power Rankings

With Spring Training in full swing, it's time for the preseason power rankings!  Perhaps the toughest rankings to do, they're probably best for bulletin board material, but we'll give it a shot any way!  On top, and I doubt we'll get much disagreement from their owner ;>, is Chicago, who won 106 games last season, ranks tops in pitching and very high in offense and fielding.  Surely using this as bulletin board material is the 2-time defending champion Helena squad, who comes in at #2.  Still an extremely strong squad, we just liked Chicago's roster a tiny bit better.  The team that won the last two titles before Helena's run, Richmond, comes in at #3, with Seattle (sure bet for biggest drop on the first rankings) and Wichita rounding out the top 5.

There's always a lot of volatility in the first rankings, but it's a fun exercise to do to look at rosters and make predictions.  Good luck to all in the regular season.  Here are the complete rankings!
