Season 16 Power Rankings # 1

Season 16 has kicked off, and we're now about a quarter of the way through, which means it's time to check in with the power rankings!  No changes in the top 2 as Oklahoma City remains on top, with Buffalo right behind them at #2.  Detroit moves up 1 to #3 with solid play all around thus far.  After that 4 new teams cracked the top 10 and others are off to good starts as well.  Looks like its going to be a very competitive race with a lot of new teams in the mix.  Good luck, and here's the complete rankings!

Team  W L PREV    Comments
Oklahoma City 28 13 1 Strong as ever, so they hang on to the top spot for now
Buffalo  27 14 2 Showing they are a formidable #2 with a great start
Detroit 25 16 4 The offense is rolling and they are getting nice pitching too
Tucson 27 14 14 Out of the gates fast with strong numbers across the board
Seattle 24 17 8 Nothing spectacular here, but they are getting it done
Nashville  25 16 11 Despite pitching getting rocked, they are winning so far
Little Rock  24 17 17 Outstanding numbers so far vaults them back into top 10
Indianapolis 23 18 12 Leading their division, albeit with not the greatest numbers
Honolulu 21 20 3 Offense isn't where it was last season, but still good team
Pawtucket  21 20 5 Offense rolling as usual, but it hasn't translated to W's yet
Scranton 22 19 16 Number one offense, but pitching has been getting lit up
Cleveland 22 19 15 Pretty solid numbers so far, we'll see if they can keep it up
Richmond 22 19 18 Solid offense so far, but pitching isn't quite top level yet
San Juan 22 19 24 Solid pitching and good enough offense, looking good
New Britain  21 20 6 Numbers underwhelming to date, but they can turn it up
Tampa Bay 21 20 9 Great pitching, but offense isn't rolling, so they fall some
St. Louis 20 21 10 Numbers almost identical to Tampa, so same story here
Toronto 21 20 13 Getting the offense, but pitching has been a bit shaky
San Francisco 21 20 21 Looks like some of their FA signings have helped them
Rochester 19 22 7 They can bounce back if bats get going, nice pitching here
Oakland 20 21 19 Pitching has been an issue, but offense is pretty good
Salt Lake City 18 23 23 Pretty good numbers, so sound like a little bad luck so far
Kansas City 20 21 28 Pitching has been inconsistent, but bats have been there
Syracuse 19 22 30 Great pitching with little offense, where did the owner go?
Chicago  17 24 25 Middle of the pack numbers wise, so not yet at next level
Pittsburgh 17 24 20 Struggling with pitching, but nice offensive numbers so far
Burlington 17 24 26 Usual Burlington pitcher's park numbers so far, so we'll see
Memphis  19 22 29 Offense not producing much, pitching has been decent
Florida 13 28 22 Offense has been almost non-existent, leading to some woes
Vancouver 15 26 32 Pitching has been flat out shelled and not much offense
Helena 15 26 27 Clearly in rebuild mode, so numbers aren't surprising
Louisville 10 31 31 Worst pitching and 2nd worse offense usually doesn't work
